This is one of the game I liked the most, which I occasionally play again with episodes 1 & 2.
I loved the atmoshpere (levels design, sounds) and the scenario. Alyx was also part of my interest in this game :)
Of course the 'Source engine' has got old with the years, but still does the job for this must-play game.

***SPOILER*** - 3D Levels - split in 3 because of the size - (Microsoft .X format) - Updated 2026, June: with Overlay Sprites and Laser Mines) : Restriction: Overlay Sprites are draw as basic 'plane' sprites (no projection on deformed surfaces). This simplification sometimes leads to visually approximate results, but works most of the time.
